Elliott Lieberman
In 1978, Elliott came to San Francisco to attend law school and that is where he met Elaine. Together they’ve built a wonderful family as they worked to serve their clients.
Elliott Lieberman has earned degrees in Electrical Engineering and Law.
As an attorney, Elliott has worked on various matters that include:
- Contract negotiations and licensing, partnership and corporate formation,
- Employment class action, bankruptcy and trade secret litigation, civil forfeitures,
- Patent infringement studies, provisional patent, trademark and copyright registrations,
- Family and elder abuse law
As an engineer, Elliott worked as a software developer, architect and technical manager on such diverse applications as
- Flight simulators for Singer Simulation,
- Real time data analysis systems for projects at the Naval Ship Research and Design Center, plus the Bethesda Naval Hospital,
- Industrial control systems for Eaton Corporation,
- Network security analysis and automated testing software for Apple Computer,
- Wire transfer payment systems for Lloyds Bank International and Bank of America
Elliott was awarded a patent as a co-inventor for a method of data access and display.
Elliott is licensed to practice law before the Superior Courts of California, Federal Courts for the Northern District of California and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
